Full Service Fabrication
D&R Custom Steel has 24,000 square feet of floor space and a full line of fabrication equipment to handle all aspects of the fabrication process. Our capabilities include plasma cutting, laser cutting, water-jet cutting, shearing, drilling, punching, rolling, forming, welding, fitting, sandblasting, glass bead blasting, painting, finishing, and complete test assembly. We work primarily with stainless steel, aluminum, and alloys to provide a clean shop environment for our fabrications.
Laser Cutting
Creates high-precision cutting for intricate and complex designs. Capability to handle a wide range of materials, including alloys, aluminum, and stainless. Quick and accurate processing times with minimal material wastage.
Waterjet Cutting
The Cold cutting process ensures no heat-affected zones or material distortion. Able to cut virtually any material, from metals to ceramics and composites. It’s an environmentally friendly process using pure water or garnet abrasive.
Plasma Cutting
Efficient cutting of thick and conductive materials like steel and aluminum. High-speed and cost-effective solution for large-scale projects. Clean, smooth edges with minimal need for post-processing.
Saw Cutting

Forming
The CNC press brake capabilities for custom bends and angles. Gives high repeatability for consistent part production. This is suitable for various metals and components.
Rolling

Machining
