D&R Custom Steel recently completed and exported a 12-inch Venturi scrubber and 24-inch Motorized Slide Valve (MSV)—both fabricated from 309 stainless steel—to a project site in Kazakhstan.
Chosen for its superior high-temperature strength and corrosion resistance, 309SS is ideal for thermal processing and gas handling systems in harsh environments. This project included complex forming, high-integrity welds, and precise assembly for seamless operation in the field.
