As part of a rigorous quality assurance process, D&R Custom Steel performed a full trial fit of flotation cell components ahead of final finishing and shipment.
This critical step ensured dimensional accuracy, proper fit-up, and seamless assembly in the field. The final flotation cells, fabricated from carbon steel, were designed for a mining application where reliability and performance are non-negotiable.
